Sivakumar Ramachandran is the Founder and Managing Director of Athena Global Systems India and Athena Global in the UAE, leading the company’s operations, service delivery, and expansion across digitization, document management, outsourcing, and staffing services. With more than two decades of experience, he specializes in building large-scale operational frameworks, managing high-volume projects, and delivering technology-enabled services for government, telecom, BFSI, healthcare, and public-sector clients.

He is also the Founder of Anna Kirana and Siva Digital Data Services reflecting his strong entrepreneurial background across digital services and consumer businesses. Before Athena Global Systems, Sivakumar led national operations at Scorp Enterprise Outsourcing, managing a workforce of over 2,500 people across India and delivering major digitization and staffing projects for leading enterprises. His earlier roles at Newgen Software, Vodafone, and other major organizations strengthened his expertise in process management, client delivery, and workforce leadership.

Sivakumar holds a Master’s degree in Economics from M.D.T. Hindu College, Tamil Nadu, where he was actively involved in debates, acting, and college-level cricket.
