Jyotsna Pawal brings more than two decades of financial leadership across diverse industries, including entertainment, auditing, and corporate operations. As the Co-Founder and CFO of Athena Global, she oversees the company’s financial strategy and ensures strong governance across UAE and India.

Her role spans financial planning and budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and investor relations. She leads procurement and vendor governance, builds audit-ready financial controls, and supports strategic decisions with clear, data-driven insights.

Before Athena Global, Jyotsna managed internal audits and financial controls for Big Cinemas under Reliance MediaWorks and previously led branch-level finance and operations at the Kuber Group. She holds an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University.
