Saeed Al Hebsi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Athena Global, leading the company’s vision, strategy, and expansion across the UAE and GCC. He oversees partnerships, drives digital transformation initiatives, and ensures the delivery of AI-enabled solutions in records management, ECM, digitization, and intelligent automation for government and enterprise clients.

With more than 14 years of service at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Saeed has played key roles as a Senior Project Manager, inspector, and member of major national development teams. He is also the Founding Partner of InvoiceMate, a blockchain and AI-based fintech platform transforming SME financing, and manages additional ventures through VETC International and Casa Mobili.

Saeed holds an AI qualification from the University of Oxford, an MBA in Operations Management, and certifications in leadership and HR training. His expertise blends government leadership, AI strategy, and entrepreneurial execution.
